La viande est super belle comme d'habitude sauf 1...je poste des photos si vous avez déjà rencontré cette apparence...celui du groupe qui l'a dans son congélateur en mange et personne n'est malade. Peut-être est-ce seulement une sorte de gras. C'est ce que nous pensons. J'attends vos commentaires...Ces petits grains blancs apparaissent lorsqu'ils coupent une épaule surtout. Merci!
